Whom does He reply upon / depend on?

Baba relies upon:

1. Sincere Sadhakas: "Millions of people... who followed his teachings found their lives transformed... Inspired by his selfless, exemplary presence, his followers focused the efforts on serving the society and elevating the oppressed". He depends on individuals who do sadhana and seva.

2. Ideology, not personality: He gave PROUT, Neohumanism, and the 16 Points as the permanent guide. The work continues through "Renaissance Universal (RU), AMURT, and Women's Welfare Department".

3.Collective effort: The Ananda Marga mission is collective welfare. No one person is to be worshipped as Guru after Him. The responsibility is decentralized to all who live the ideals.

In short: Baba said each Margii who follows the 16 Points will establish adarsha. He gave the structural responsibility to the Samgha and Acaryas, but the real reliance is on every individual who does sadhana and selfless service. There is no single "heir". The Guru remains Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, and His followers are the instruments.
