सामग्री
Spinach (palak) – 250g
Paneer – 200g (cubed)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Ginger – 1-inch piece
Green chili – 1
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Cream – 1 tbsp (optional)
Oil or ghee – 1.5 tbsp
तैयारी
Blanch spinach: Boil water, add spinach for 2 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
Blend: Grind blanched spinach with green chili and ginger to a smooth paste.
Sauté: In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, garam masala.
Cook masala: Add tomatoes, turmeric, and salt. Cook till soft.
Add spinach puree: Mix and cook for 5–7 minutes. Add garam masala.
Add paneer: Gently stir in paneer cubes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Finish: Add cream if using. Mix and serve hot.
