Observe Uncompromising strictness and faith regarding the sanctity of the Supreme Command.

Those who perform sádhaná twice a day regularly —
The thought of Párama Puruśa will certainly arise in their minds at the time of death;
their liberation is a sure guarantee.
Therefore, every Ananda Margi must perform sádhaná twice a day invariably;
verily is this the command of the Lord.
Without Yama and Niyama, sádhaná is an impossibility;
hence the Lord's command also requires following Yama and Niyama.
Disobedience to this command is nothing but throwing oneself into the tortures of animal life for crores of years.
That no one should undergo such torments,
that everyone may enjoy the eternal blessedness under the loving shelter of the Lord,
it is the bounden duty of every Ananda Margi to endeavour to bring all onto the path of bliss.
Verily, this too is a part and parcel of sádhaná —
to lead others along the path of righteousness.

Regular Sádhaná: Those who perform sádhaná twice daily will surely remember Párama Puruśa at the time of death.
Daily Practice: Every Ananda Margi must perform sádhaná twice a day without fail.
Foundation of Sádhaná: Without Yama and Niyama, sádhaná is not possible.
Following Yama and Niyama is also part of the Lord's command.
Consequences of Disobedience: Disobedience leads to suffering in animal life for crores of years.

Benefits
Universal Welfare: To prevent such suffering and to allow all to enjoy eternal bliss under the Lord’s shelter,
it is the duty of every Ananda Margi to guide others toward the path of bliss.
Sádhaná Includes Service: Leading others on the path of righteousness is also an essential part of one’s own sádhaná.
Preceptor’s words are divine injunctions. These words retain their validity for eternity. They are therefore, called Supreme Command.
