Conduct Rules:
a)Yama & Niyama

These are the forms of code of conduct.
Yama includes: Ahim’sa ,Satya, Asteya, Brahmacarya, Aparigraha.
Niyama includes : Shaoca, Santosh, Tapash , Swadhyay, Ishwar Pranidhan.
2. Seminars:
a)Seminars is very important To acquire the knowledge of philosophical and sociological scriptures .
b) The organisation conducts seminars for our benefit, and they are thus a boon for us.
c)Knowledge is given by the Scholars in a particular lecture were given.
Duty :
a) “I must give something to the Society.”
b) Everybody have a duty.
c) Duty towards society.
d) Choose duty as per your preference.
4 . Kirtana:
a)Kirtana done before Meditation. b)“Baba Nam Kevalam”, Kirtana Mantra. c) One should dance Kirtan at least once a day; it lets loose the foundation of joy, aids sadhana, removes obstacles, relieves physical ailments, and kills worries and anxieties.
Tandava:
a) Only for men, twice daily (after sádhaná and ásanas).
b) Women should not perform tandava (due to physiological reasons).
Kaoshikii:
a) For both men and women, twice daily.
b) Has 22 physiological benefits for women,
c) Antidote to many diseases.
Benefits
